I'm supposed to be on vacation now, but I couldn't leave people hanging. So here is the third and final round of my "Halo 3" exchange with N'Gai Croal.

This one was my favorite, because I was able to work in extended references to "Perfect Dark", "God Hand", and the fly I killed while writing the piece. Enjoy!

      Hi Stephen, I work with Matt Williamson on the Gamer's Quarter. I'm not sure if you're still interested in improving at Halo, but I might be able to school you a bit if you're interested (and not in the "defeat you" sense). One of the keys is getting into a few games with only people you know and using that time to learn the maps and some of the tricks. After that it's all practice, but in the beginning there's a lot to pick up on. I've been playing Halo 2 almost daily for a few years now at my work so I've gotten to be a bit above average and can at least figure out why it is I'm losing when my body suddenly explodes in flames.

      Anyway, if you're interested send an XBox Live friend request to WesleyTE and we can start a super secret custom game where I can show you the ropes.
