I finished “F.E.A.R. 2” yesterday, exhausted by all the shooters I’ve been playing. I wondered: Why do I consume so much of what feels like hollow culture?

Today is the first day of my vacation. And I’ve started it by bringing this site back to life. Until further notice, it’s the new home of my Game Diary, which formerly lived at MTV Multiplayer.
